Mocean...The West Coast manufacturer of Bike Patrol and Technical Law Enforcement products has introduced a light weight External Vest Carrier. The carrier is designed to accommodate the majority of ballistic body armor vests that are worn under a uniform shirt. The original body armor equipment manufacturers vest and carrier slides into the external carrier which is designed to look like a standard patrol uniform shirt. The external carrier is made of Nylon Cordura, is machine washable and dryable. Availible Colors: White, Navy-BOP, Black, Lt. Blue, Tan, Brown.
