The TRU-SPEC TRU Confidence Guarantee(TTC) -- If you are not completely satisfied with your TRU-SPEC H20 PROOF outerwear for any reason; return it to TRU-SPEC for a full refund of the purchase price.
Valid for first 24 months from original purchase date starting September 15th 2014 forward. Not applicable to purchases made prior to September 2014. Proof of purchase required for refund. All original labeling on the inside of garment must be intact for refund. Exclusions below do apply. For claims after first 24 months, please refer to our general warranty below:
TRU-SPEC warrants all its products sold by TRU-SPEC or its authorized dealers to be free of defects in materials or workmanship.
Exclusions From TRU-SPEC Warranty and TTC Guarantee Coverage
- Damage resulting from abuse, misuse or accidental damage.
- Damage resulting from extended wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from any alteration or customer modification.
- Damage resulting from contact with a corrosive substance.
In the event defects in materials or workmanship are found that are not an exclusion of the above, make all claims through the dealer from which the product was originally purchased.
This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by TRU-SPEC relating to the product. TRU-SPEC disclaims all other express or implied warranties.
